Neuruppin, 31 August 2023
The Brandenburg Medical School Theodor Fontane (MHB) expands the range of its training options by apprenticeships in office management, starting August 2024 in Neuruppin. In addition to students in the established degree programs, the university intends to train excellent specialists in the administrative sector.
Vocational training in office management at the MHB, so Franziska Teschke from the department for curricular and student affairs (on the right), is attractive for people with an interest in organizational and administrative procedures. Apprentices will receive comprehensive education in business management and acquire specific expertise in university administration. The three-year curriculum covers a broad spectrum of topics such as office organization, staff management, accounting, communications and project management. According to Louisa Herrmann, assistant to the MHB executive board, trainees will learn how to cope with the duties of modern university offices and develop an understanding of specific requirements in the health sector. Graduates will be equipped with a sound basis of subject knowledge and the practical competences required to meet the demands of continuously changing and challenging office settings.
